INTRODUCTION

The Santubong International Nature Trail Run 2025 will be held on 23 November 2025 at the iconic Santubong National Park, approximately 35 km from Kuching, Sarawak. Towering at 810 meters, Mount Santubong dominates the park’s skyline, surrounded by tropical rainforest that is home to rich biodiversity, cultural heritage, and breathtaking natural scenery.

Race Categories & Routes

Participants can select from 20KM, 10KM, 6KM, and 3KM categories, each designed to offer a different experience of Santubong’s landscapes. The 20KM route takes runners through the Wallace Centre at Kampung Santubong, a heritage site named after Alfred Russel Wallace — the famed British naturalist who conducted significant research in Borneo and co-discovered the theory of evolution by natural selection. The centre today stands as both a conservation and educational landmark, overlooking the majestic Mount Santubong.
